Please make sure to always specify your order number as the reason for payment, so that we can correctly assign your transfer. The delivery of the goods takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

Klarna

We offer the purchase on account as a payment method in cooperation with Klarna. If you have chosen payment by invoice, then you pay with a due date of 14 days from shipment of the goods. The invoice with the transfer data will be sent to you directly by Klarna by e-mail. This happens when the goods are shipped, please check here also the spam/junk folder of your email inbox. When paying with Klarna you never have to enter your account details.

How should I pay my Klarna invoice? 

You can log in here and pay your invoice with 1-click. If you want to make a bank transfer, you will find all the necessary information on your invoice: IMPORTANT: Please use only the payment reference indicated on the invoice, because the assignment of the payment to your invoice is done automatically by our system. You have to pay several invoices? Please transfer the amounts separately and indicate the respective reason for payment. This will ensure that your payment is assigned quickly and correctly.

PayPal Plus

We offer the payment methods PayPal, direct debit, credit card or purchase on account via the service Paypal Plus. Only for the payment method PayPal you must be registered with PayPal. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal page after completing the ordering process.
